How do I arrange the bouquet I received in a vase? Plus

Time to unleash your inner florist! Carefully take out your bouquet from the bag. Keep the bag safe in case you want to store your arrangement or use it for some creative fun.

After that, position your bouquet inside the Nomon vase we've provided, or choose a vase you already have. The bouquet might need a little rearranging after its journey. Don't hesitate to adjust the components until you achieve the look you want.

You might consider removing the twine around the bouquet for a personalized touch.

How long do dried flowers last? Plus

From months to moments, our dried blooms hold their allure.

Although dried flowers maintain their beauty for years, consider the seasonal shuffle. By updating your arrangement with the seasons, you'll ensure a perpetually fresh and vibrant display.

Are they real flowers? Plus

Absolutely! Our blooms are indeed real. We import our flowers directly from the Netherlands. They have been carefully dried through a natural process. Additionally, certain flowers have been dyed to maintain / alter their stunning hues.

Do you design custom orders? Plus

Absolutely! Don't hesitate to get in touch, and we'll work together to explore your requirements.

Please keep in mind that custom orders are individually priced based on the arrangement.

To kickstart the creative process, there's a $25 exploratory fee, which will be applied as a credit when you finalize your custom arrangement.

How do I care for my dried and preserved flowers? Plus

Gentle handling: Treat your dried flowers delicately, avoiding rough handling and high traffic spaces

Avoid Moisture: Keep your blooms away from water + damp environments

Away from Sunlight: To preserve color, keep out of direct sunlight

Dust with Care: From time to time, give your dried flowers a gentle dusting with a soft brush or a burst of cool air from a hairdryer

What if you're sold out of an item that I'm interested in? Plus

Don't hesitate to contact us, and we'll explore the possibilities. Sometimes, we might have a few tucked away in our back stock. Other times, we could recreate the arrangement with available blooms.

However, please understand that we might not be able to fulfill all requests for sold-out arrangements.

Should I remove the twine around my bouquet? Plus

The choice is yours!

For a safe journey, we include twine with your shipment. This twine also ensures your arrangement keeps its shape and blossoms stay in their designated spots within the vase.

If you opt to use a non-Nomon vase or desire a distinct look, you might find it fitting to free your bouquet from the twine embrace!

My arrangement is shedding. Is that normal? Plus

Absolutely, shedding is a natural process. However, if you suspect that the shedding during transit was excessive, we'd appreciate it if you could share a picture with us via email once the arrangement arrives.

Online orders ship out within 5 business days from when the order is placed.

How long will it take to receive my order? Plus

Standard Shipping:

Next Day Shipping:

Your order will arrive to you within 1 day of shipment departure.

Do you ship internationally? Plus

While we aim to assist with special date requests, it's best to get in touch and let us know. We'll do our best to work our magic!

Can I include a gift note? Plus

Absolutely! In the cart section of our site, you'll spot the 'Add order note' area. Pop in your special message there. If we need more details, we'll connect via email.

Rest assured, all gifted orders come with your unique note beautifully placed on our custom Nomon gift notes.

Can I cancel my order? Plus

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel your order, get in touch with us as soon as possible.

We'll do our best to assist you, though do note that if your order has already been marked as shipped, cancellation won't be possible.
